We aim to dispatch fabric and accessories orders within 2 working days.
Deliveries usually take 2-4 working days after this. Free fabric samples will be sent via Royal Mail.
Goods can be delivered on any working day, excluding bank holidays.
For customers using our curtain and blind Make Up Service please ask for a quote.

Customers requiring delivery to an address outside the UK please contact us on 01573 225 925 to discuss delivery options.
For security reasons all parcels sent by special delivery must be signed for on receipt, therefore please provide us with a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you require further information about deliveries please contact us on +44 (0) 1573 225925.
We only offer delivery to countries within the European Union, details for which you can find below. For deliveries outside of these regions, please contact us on +44 (0) 1573 225925 or at email@example.com to see if we can deliver to your chosen destination and for further details on shipping and rates. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse delivery to any country for any reason. In this case any payment taken will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy. Goods will be dispatched by the Royal Mail or courier depending on size and weight. If goods are sent via special delivery, we will send you details of any tracking number that you may use to track the delivery of your order. Postage costs will be stated before your credit card details are taken.

The actual price charged to customers outside the United Kingdom will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit Card Company. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.
